[hfleece.jpg]

This lap-sized fleece throw was made for H*'s car in early October, 2003, in time for its first winter. Absolutely no design; I took what fleece I had and threw it together into something vaguely patternlike. A double layer of fleece is very warm.

I made this chuppah (wedding canopy) for Matt and Jenn, who were married Oct. 26, 2003. The pattern is called Garden Maze. I made this a twin bed size, with a green flannel backing, so it can be used later as a bed quilt.

[starblock.jpg]

I made this scrap quilt with no particular purpose, but when it was done, it was pretty obvious that where it belonged was hanging on the wall in my bedroom. It's about 35" square, with a navy fleece backing. The actual quilt is darker than this picture, but is kinda blendy, and the contrast shows up better here.

[workhanging.jpg]

Completed Oct. 26, 2003, this 1'x2' log cabin wall hanging was made to decorate my cube wall at work. A popular item; I've already made and sold a duplicate, and then yet another, in January, 2004.

These two 11x19" quilts were made in December, 2003.

[colored.jpg]

Another small (12"x23.5") quilt, with a paper pinwheels pattern. I used a variety of bright colored almost-solids in this, but no solids except for the black squares. The backing is the grey fabric already seen in a few spots. This was made in January, 2004, and just sent in May, 2005, to my little brother.

[starry.jpg]

This 20"x20" quilt was made to use up as much of my leftover starry fabrics as I could manage. I think I did admirably; there's not a single non-starred fabric in this. The quilting, which is only barely visible in the picture, is a freehand spiral in each of the planet squares, with squares and lines around the rest. The pattern is a rail fence variation. This was made in January, 2004.
